I sent a small succulent garden from Lula’s Garden to a friend for her birthday, and she seemed so happy with it. She texted me pictures right away, and the box looked cute, plus the plants seemed healthy and nicely arranged.
I’m always a little wary ordering gifts online because I don’t fully trust customer service to fix things if something shows up damaged or late, so I was relieved this went smoothly. It actually made me feel like I picked a really solid gift.

My order showed up damaged, which should’ve been caught before it ever got to me. Getting a replacement was easy, so I’ll give them that, but the refund took longer than it should have. It felt like I had to wait around for a problem that wasn’t even my fault.

I ordered from Lula’s Garden and the whole thing showed up exactly how I picked it. The plant was right, the note was there, and even the planter color matched. It looked nice when it arrived and was pretty much just like that order page showed. Nothing complicated, but that’s really all I wanted. Overall, a good experience.

I ordered from Lula’s Garden for my mom’s birthday because I thought it would be a cute, thoughtful little gift. And I don’t know... I guess I expected it to feel a bit more special when it arrived. It was smaller than I pictured and didn’t really have that “birthday gift” feeling.

For the price, it just felt a little underwhelming. Like, it wasn’t terrible or anything, but it seemed more like something you’d pick up last minute rather than something you’d send for an actual occasion.

My mom was nice about it, of course, but I could tell she wasn’t exactly excited. Maybe it’s fine for a simple thank-you or casual gift, but for an important day... yeah, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I got mine a few months ago, and they’re still looking really good. I regret assuming they wouldn’t last, because I’ve barely done anything besides give them a little water here and there. I’m kind of surprised they’ve held up this well

The watering instructions were really simple to follow, and my plant is doing great so far. I’ll admit I checked twice just to be sure I was doing it right, but everything was clear and easy. Definitely a confidence booster if you’re not totally sure about plant care.

Ordering on lulasgarden.com was mostly easy, but the site felt a little slow and I caught myself double-checking every step like I was about to launch a rocket instead of buy something online. Nothing terrible happened, and I did get through it just fine, but it wasn’t exactly the smoothest checkout experience ever

I’ll admit I’m picky about ordering plants online, but this one really didn’t help change my mind. It showed up looking rough and not fresh at all, with mushy leaves and a few already falling off. There was soil spilled all over the inside of the box too, which made the whole thing feel careless. For the price, I expected it to arrive in much better shape. I don’t think I’d order from here again

So, like, the box itself is really cute, and I did like the overall look at first. But the plants were kind of tiny and just, you know, not as full as I was expecting. It’s still nice, I guess, but yeah, I was hoping for something a little more filled out.

Just a warning for anyone ordering this as a gift: mine showed up late, and the note I included was missing. The gift itself looked okay, but the whole experience was disappointing, especially when it’s meant to arrive on time and feel personal.

I always kind of look for patterns with plant shipments, like whether the box is sturdy and if the plant shifts around inside. This one checked out for me. The packaging looked nice, the plant was secure, and there were no issues when it arrived...

I reached out to customer service and I’m still kind of just waiting for someone to reply. It’s been a bit frustrating, and not really a good feeling when you don’t hear anything back.

From what I remember when I unpacked it, the planter felt thin and wobbly right away. It just didn’t seem like something worth the price. I also noticed a small crack on the side of mine, which made it feel even more disappointing.

I was really excited to get my Lula’s Garden order, but it showed up in rough shape. There was dirt all over the inside of the box, and a couple of the plants looked like they’d been smashed around during shipping. One was basically loose from its pot. I know plants can be tricky to ship, and maybe this doesn’t happen with every order, but for the price I expected it to be packed a lot more carefully. I reached out by email and didn’t feel like I got much help, so I probably wouldn’t order again.

I don’t remember the exact delivery date, but I do remember thinking it took longer than I expected. The plants showed up in good shape, so that part was fine. Just wish the timing had been a little better

I ordered a little succulent gift from Lula’s Garden and was a bit nervous it might get held up, but it arrived exactly when the tracking said it would!!
The box looked great, the plant was totally fine, and there was no mess at all. It’s just really nice when shipping is simple and stress-free. I’d definitely order again for that alone!
